One platform, all of your plant maintenance

Each module is integrated with the others: a work order can consume stock, be generated from an overdue preventive task, be logged against a machine and appear in the monthly production report.

Dashboard
Live KPIs, weekly breakdown chart, operating machines, upcoming preventive work and a “Needs attention” strip with whatever is overdue. For plant staff, “My shift”: a big breakdown button plus their own orders, tasks and preventive jobs.
Work orders
Corrective and preventive. Up to 5 photos per order, assignment to technicians or contractors, shift handover, spare parts that leave the inventory and add to the cost, and closing with failure cause and downtime. An administrator can correct the data and every change keeps who, when and why. Orders can be opened from ARIA, and closing them is reserved for people with the maintenance permission.
Tasks & shutdowns
Tasks with checklists, planned plant shutdowns, photo evidence and reviewer approval.
Machines & assets
Automatic asset ID, criticality, manufacturer, supplier and zone. Operational / alert / stopped status with history. A QR code on each machine to report a breakdown in 20 seconds, hour meter, recommended spare parts and real reliability: availability, MTTR and MTBF.
Preventive maintenance
Plans per machine with frequency in days, weeks, months or running hours from the hour meter. The work order is created automatically before the due date, with a notice to the person in charge, and closes when the plan is marked as done.
Water quality
Ice-specific tests: pH, conductivity, hardness, TDS, free chlorine, turbidity and temperature, with full history.
Production
Ice batches, gross and net kg, losses, energy consumption per shift and kWh/kg ratios.
Inventory & stock
Minimum stock, in / out / adjustment movements, barcodes and automatic consumption from work orders.
Staff & permissions
Roles with a permission matrix you edit yourself, and permissions granted or denied to one person on top of their role. The SuperAdmin cannot be touched, nobody hands out a permission they do not have, accounts lock after failed attempts and the SuperAdmin uses 2FA.
Shifts & work calendar
Work calendar per employee with rotating shifts, holidays and leave, plus working-time recording: everyone clocks in and out from their phone, with a legal record and CSV download.
Indicators
Dashboard, reports and PDF export in one place: MTTR, MTBF, availability, preventive rate, consumption and data per machine or technician.
Automatic backups
Full or data-only backup twice a day, plus an encrypted copy outside the server every night (database, photos and attachments). Your information stays safe with no manual work.
Accidents & safety
Accident report with photos, root-cause investigation, days without accidents and notice to the labour authority.
HACCP
Critical control points with limits, shift checks, deviations with corrective action and signed verification.

Prevention
Work permits with a safety checklist for each kind of work (hot work, confined spaces, height, lockout, ammonia…), periodic inspections with due-date alerts and CAE contractor documentation with its expiry dates.
Sensors and SCADA
A foundation to connect your SCADA, a PLC or your own sensors: each sensor has its own access code and normal range, readings are stored and charted on the machine page, and if a value stays out of range for a few minutes maintenance is alerted.

ARIA, your AI copilot on the plant floor

ARIA is the GMAO360 AI trained specifically for ice plants. It is not a generic chatbot that answers anything: ARIA operates strictly inside the context of your factory — which makes it far more useful for the operator and far safer for the plant manager.

Builds the shift roster

Tell it how many operators you have, their shifts, rest days and constraints. ARIA proposes a 7-day roster from the plant data. A supervisor approves it — ARIA does not write to Time control on its own.

Assists the operator at the machine

Right at the machine, the operator can ask "how do I adjust the condenser pressure?" or "what do I do if the crusher blade vibrates?" — ARIA answers with the steps from that specific machine’s manual, not generic advice. Just upload the manufacturer’s PDF to the machine record.

Talks only about your plant

ARIA is scoped: if the operator asks about the weather, politics or anything outside the plant context, it will not answer. It is trained strictly for what concerns operation, maintenance and safety of your ice factory. No distractions, no legal risks.

Spares and machines that fail

Ask what is below minimum, which work order is waiting for a part, or which machines rack up the most corrective jobs. It answers from live GMAO360 stock and history — it does not invent numbers.

Opens and closes work orders from the chat

The operator describes the breakdown and ARIA prepares the work order with the machine, the priority and whether it is stopped. Photos are added with the phone camera — they are the evidence and help recognise the fault — and nothing is saved until “Create work order” is pressed. Closing it, with hours, cause and fix, is reserved for maintenance.

Learns from your plant

Record the fixes that worked in “Train ARIA” and ARIA quotes them, together with closed work orders and their causes, when someone asks something similar. It knows every machine in the plant and, if the AI service does not respond, it keeps answering from GMAO360 data.
