Scope

This policy applies to data processed through our website www.gmao360.net and the demo and service platform at app.gmao360.net. If you are a contracted customer, the specific contractual terms agreed with you also apply.

Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Demo form: email address, IP address, timestamp and browser User-Agent.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our cookie policy.
• Application usage (customers): activity logs, account data, content you enter on the platform (work orders, assets, messages, etc.) and technical metadata required for service operation and security.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data unless you voluntarily provide it and it is necessary for the service.

• Provide demo access and product evaluation.

If we transfer data outside the EEA, we apply recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
