ARIA, your AI copilot on the plant floor
ARIA is the GMAO360 AI trained specifically for ice plants. It is not a generic chatbot that answers anything: ARIA operates strictly inside the context of your factory — which makes it far more useful for the operator and far safer for the plant manager.
Builds the shift roster
Tell it how many operators you have, their shifts, rest days and constraints. ARIA proposes a 7-day roster from the plant data. A supervisor approves it — ARIA does not write to Time control on its own.
Assists the operator at the machine
Right at the machine, the operator can ask "how do I adjust the condenser pressure?" or "what do I do if the crusher blade vibrates?" — ARIA answers with the steps from that specific machine’s manual, not generic advice. Just upload the manufacturer’s PDF to the machine record.
Talks only about your plant
ARIA is scoped: if the operator asks about the weather, politics or anything outside the plant context, it will not answer. It is trained strictly for what concerns operation, maintenance and safety of your ice factory. No distractions, no legal risks.
Spares and machines that fail
Ask what is below minimum, which work order is waiting for a part, or which machines rack up the most corrective jobs. It answers from live GMAO360 stock and history — it does not invent numbers.
Opens and closes work orders from the chat
The operator describes the breakdown and ARIA prepares the work order with the machine, the priority and whether it is stopped. Photos are added with the phone camera — they are the evidence and help recognise the fault — and nothing is saved until “Create work order” is pressed. Closing it, with hours, cause and fix, is reserved for maintenance.
Learns from your plant
Record the fixes that worked in “Train ARIA” and ARIA quotes them, together with closed work orders and their causes, when someone asks something similar. It knows every machine in the plant and, if the AI service does not respond, it keeps answering from GMAO360 data.
