Cookie policy

Last updated: 2026-06-06

At GMAO360 (operated by Kelvex Labs) we use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work properly, remember your preferences and, optionally, measure how the website is used. Below you’ll find what cookies we use, what they’re for and how to manage them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about you (for example, the language you chose) and to function consistently across pages and visits.

Cookies we use

1. Strictly necessary cookies

No consent required — these are essential for the site to work. They store, for example, the language you chose or your session token when you sign in.

2. Functional cookies

Cookies that improve the experience: remember dark/light theme, hide the banner once accepted, etc. They do not identify the individual, only customise the view.

3. Analytics cookies (optional)

We currently do NOT use any third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.). We only collect anonymous metrics in server logs (IP, browser, page visited) for security and troubleshooting. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent.

Third-party cookies

To speed up delivery and protect the site against attacks we use Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm) to distinguish bots from people. They are not used for advertising.

Managing cookies

You can accept, refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies (including the strictly necessary ones) may break parts of the site — for instance you won’t be able to sign in to the platform.

Demo form data

If you request demo access by entering your email, we store: your email, your IP address, timestamp and the browser (User-Agent) used. This data is only used to send you the demo link, prevent abuse, and to allow a human to contact you if you ask. It is not shared with third parties. You can request deletion via kelvexlabs.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example by adding an analytics service) we will update the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, we will flag it on the home page.
